Migrant Labour Training & Skills Development (AMLTSD) strives to make a lasting impact on the Ugandan migrant workers by equipping individual migrant workers, private recruitment companies, migrant labour skills development and pre-departure orientation training institutions and the agencies responsible in address the migrant worker’s necessary skills such as technical and soft skills to meet the requirements and the specifications of International Occupational Standards. In its bid for supporting the migrant workers AMLTSD uses a holistic approach to offer an all-round support to all migrant workers throughout the journey for labour migration to their return and integration in communities.
