Agape Community Centre Program

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Think back a moment to your childhood, to the people who most altered the course of your life and helped to make you who you are today. Now imagine a life without those people. Where would you be now? Who would you be? I’d like to take a minute and tell you about the children of Agape House Kids Centre and how for them, you may be that person to change the course of their lives.

At Agape House Kids Centre there are 17 children who were previously lost, orphaned, abandoned and left to die. Now, all have been rescued and have a family called Agape House Family! At Agape we don’t call ourselves an “orphanage”, for the children are no longer orphans – they have been brought into our family! Like we as sinners were once orphans without Christ, now with Christ we are in a new family! Agape House kids are not waiting for a home and a family, they have been given a home and a family already!

Agape House Kids Centre give these children the opportunity not only to have a family, but to have a safe place to live, a bed to sleep in, food in their belly’s and the opportunity to attend school. Without your support Agape cannot continue to provide this loving home for these children.

There are many more children in Uganda in need of a place to call home. Next year we hope to open an independent home for babies, as there are many abandoned babies in our community that are dying without our help. Please consider today how you might partner with Agape House Kids Centre.

You may help Agape in a number of ways: Pray. Give, sponsor a child. Invite Joseph Roberts Sserwadda to speak at your church or other organization. Joseph will be in the US October 23rd through November 25th. This is an amazing opportunity to hear directly from the source about our wonderful ministry at Agape.
